CTR is Now Offering Sales & Rentals of Electrical Power/Energy Monitors and Power Quality Analyzers
Toronto, Canada, May 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- CTR, a Canadian technology rental business serving Toronto and Southwestern Ontario, is now offering sales and rentals of Electrical Power/Energy Monitors, Power Quality Analyzers, and Power Loggers.
CTR was founded in 2005 by rental industry veteran Stuart Laurie whose background includes over ten years of technical sales experience with General Electric and Electro Rent Corporation. When CTR was first launched it provided short term rentals of laptop computers, LCD projectors, and computer LCD displays to businesses throughout the Toronto region. After building a solid base of corporate clients requiring short term laptop computer rentals, CTR followed its growth plan by adding sales and rentals of Electrical Power/Energy Monitors and Analyzers.
CTR is proud to be offering the PowerSight line of Power Monitors, Power Quality Analyzers, and Power Loggers for sale and short term rental. PowerSight meters and power analyzers measure all aspects of power: voltage, current, frequency and power - (watts, VA, VAr, power factor, and energy in kWh) as well as harmonics (spectrum and THD). PowerSight meters can be used for spot checks similar to a multimeter, real-time meter values are displayed in the meter window. Plus, they can log data for up to months at a time. Data can be downloaded to a PC to view graphical plots, waveforms and summaries and to generate a report. The PS4500 Power Quality Analyzer also measure power quality events such as sags, swells, and transients (impulses). All PowerSight models weigh less than two pounds and are very portable, easy to use with intuitive PSM software, and are designed so that the operator can focus on the work to be accomplished instead of on the equipment.
For customers requiring a Power Monitor for short term rental, CTR offers daily and weekly rental terms.
