Cistera, known for its deployment of large-scale secure communication and alerting capabilities, announces the completion of the installation of “Red Line” capability, a first in the global security industry.

“Red Line” is the ability to flag calls in real-time for both live monitoring and scrubbing of live calls for actionable intelligence. Previously, security officers had to wait for the completion of the call in order to listen to missed critical detail or information. For a large security detail, one of the key requirements is safety of the personnel in the field. The field personnel are required to call in as they visit different locations and different time zones to provide information on that incident. Now when a call comes into the “red line,” a supervisor is immediately notified of the incident and can start listening and scrub the call for key information in real time to the beginning where critical information may be located.
