Palmerino previously has served as an Account Manager in the telecommunications industry for other companies. Most recently, he was a Corporate Account Specialist for Grand Wireless, a Verizon retailer in Auburn and Billerica. In addition, he has been an Account Executive at Charter Communications in Worcester, Total Communications, Inc. of Southboro, Conversent Communication, LLC in Marlboro, Norfolk County Internet and Telecom, Inc. in Franklin and Atlantic Connections, LLC in Worcester.
Earlier in his career, he was a specialty and gourmet food buyer for Millbrook Distributors of Leicester.
Palmerino earned his bachelor’s degree from Worcester State College. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts.
