Adam Silver of Boca Raton Wins Florida State Free Throw Tournament; NBA & College Hoopsters Can Learn from This Donna Klein Jewish Academy Straight A Student
Boca Raton, FL, March 06, 2007 --(PR.com)-- On March 3rd, 2007 Adam Silver, a student at Donna Klein Jewish Academy in Boca Raton, won the Elks Florida State Hoop Shoot Tournament at The Florida Elks Youth Camp in Umatilla. Not only did he win, but since he sank the most Free Throws in the Tournament he also will receive the Champion of Champions Trophy being presented at Disney World on Memorial Day Weekend during the 101st Annual Florida Elks Convention. Adam sank 22 of 25 free throws and handled all the pressure a future Miami Heat Star (his favorite team) might encounter.
Adam will now represent Florida on March 17th in the South East Regional Natonal Tournament going against the winners of Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia and Mississippi.
The winner of that Tournament will then have a chance of being inscribed in The Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield Mass. by winning the final National tournament April 21 being held in Springfield Mass.
This Hoop Shoot national tournament with over 3 million participants nationwide positively affects millions of families and is the kind of positive influence that can single handedly bring Father and Mothers closer to their children (and is the kind of influence that is intricate in shaping the very fabric of American society.)
Background Info on Adam Silver
