The frequent 2 Day Tours (2DT’s) conducted in major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Vishakapatnam helped in recruiting a large number of experienced candidates. “Nearly 200 candidates (freshers as well as experienced) have been recruited from all over the country this year. More than 300 candidates are targeted to be recruited in the next 3 months. Our goal is to reach the number 1000 by April 2012. Both fresher and lateral hiring needs to be done. To meet our rapid growth and expansion plans, we are recruiting heavily,” stated, Mr. Mainak Mittra, HR Head.
