Joel Rothenberg Joins Dicicco, Gulman & Company LLP as a Principal

Rothenberg holds a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Montclair St. University.  Rothenberg also attended the University of Denver, CO where he received his LLM in Taxation.
