Palm Beach County Sees the Return of Investors to the Local Market
West Palm Beach, FL, May 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Palm Beach County sees the return of investors to the local market.
According to industry experts and raw data, investors are returning to the Palm Beach Real Estate Market. While many potential home owners are acting in an emotional state, investors realize this is one of the very best times to purchase investment properties. In historic terms, investment properties are priced at an all time low.
Responding to the return of investors to the local market, the Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Association will hold regular monthly meetings to help experienced and new investors take advantage of new opportunities.
The first meeting of the Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Association will be held Wednesday May 18th at the Holiday Inn Palm Beach Airport Hotel, starting at 6:30pm. During this first meeting, the Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Association will feature Richard Carey. He is known in the area as the go-to attorney for short sale negotiations, title closings, asset protection, foreclosure defense, and loan modifications. Meetings will be held the third Wednesday of every month at the same location.
The President of the Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Association, Jeff Green, said, “I expect our first meeting to be a huge success with over 60 people who have already signed up. The club is here to educate and help our local community. People need to understand it’s the Ivestor who will help bring back the housing market and stabilize communities.”
The Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Association is closely tied to Real Estate Grand Central, a real estate brokerage located in the Palm Beach Area. Known for its growing investment club, its events gather a large amount of real estate professionals and investors from the Palm Beach area and beyond. The Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Association is expected to capitalize on this growth and further expand it. Philip DeBerardinis, Broker of Real Estate Grand Central commented, “I am an investor myself and I understand the needs of investors. As a broker I have set up Real Estate Grand Central to cater specifically to the investment community. We help investors and retail buyers too; we even get renters started on the road to home ownership with credit repair and other services.”
The Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Association (PBREIA) is an organization that helps new and experienced real estate investors become educated, motivated and connected with RE professionals.
In every meeting there is a time for education, usually with a classroom type of instruction, a time for members to share their goals and become more motivated, and a time for member networking. In addition to investors, membership consists of a variety of real estate professionals who can assist and aid you with finding the property, closing and the all the paperwork in between.
