Linda Craft Comments on How Applied-Feedback Helps Sell Homes in April via Luxury Home Marketing Group

Raleigh, NC, May 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Luxury Home Marketing Group (LHMG) of Raleigh, NC focused on Estate-sized homes during April’s meeting. The properties toured included two custom-built, Estate-sized homes outside of a subdivision, listed by Vice-President Linda Craft; a custom-builder’s personal home in the Registry, listed by Treasurer Shawn Britt and a home in Faircloth listed by Steina DeAndrade.

The group reviewed recommendations made to a Cary homeowner during March’s meeting. The property, listed by Shawn Britt, sold two weeks later after the homeowner made the adjustments to presentation suggested by the group. Another home toured, one of the Estate-sized homes listed by Linda Craft, sold four days after the tour. The group’s feedback was that this home’s presentation was superb, and its price, at $1.375 Million, was an excellent value for its new owner.
