Trials and tribulations of chasing a relationship with God.
Birmingham, AL, September 27, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Everyone is an explorer. How could you possibly live your life looking at a door and not open it? - Robert D. Ballard. Trena J Bradford has taken on the motto from Jackie Robinson , “A life is not as important, except in the impact it has on other lives.” She feels that “now is really that opportunity to show others the impact they can have on someone else.”
Trena Bradford has been involved with pageantry, event coordination, public speaking, coaching and directing for the past 7 years. Her last competition has lead her to writing. She has been a dependant of the military majority of her life sending her to live in 8 states and Germany. Her diversity creates uniqueness and lends an empathic ear. She is a graduate of Keokuk High School in Iowa, but split her high school career at Carroll High in Ozark, Alabama. In 2003, Trena experienced many life challenges including: House fire, whiplash difficulties, mother in-law had a stroke and living in poverty while attending college. Her life challenges has given others the motivation that "Yes...I can. Yes...I will....SUCCEED!"
Her book, Chasing the Crown, will be available to purchase this upcoming Spring 2006. “I have 7 titles of pageantry and not one of them fulfilled the emptiness inside of me. I realized how self centered I was living my life…” Bradford explains about her book. “The crown representing many things, not just a pageantry crown. That crown is shiny and beautiful, very esthetic to the eye. It is made of gold, something that we work so hard to obtain.”
