CEO Geoff Charters to drive continued business growth of Stellar’s specialist BPO division.

The appointment of Charters follows the move by Scott Deane, former Chief Executive Officer, to the role of Group General Manager, Sales (Asia Pacific), where he will take over the management of the sales divisions of both Stellar Business Process Solutions and Stellar Call Centre Solutions in the Asia Pacific region. Deane will be focusing on unifying Stellar’s business development approach across Asia Pacific, in line with the recent consolidation of the global JTEL Holdings businesses under the global Stellar brand.
Charters brings an impressive track record of business management gained from his 25-year career in a range of general management, operations and sales positions. He joins Stellar Business Process Solutions from serving as General Manager, Call Centre Operations for Stellar Call Centre Solutions, a business unit of Stellar, since 2000.
John Hollingsworth, the recently appointed Chief Executive Officer (Asia Pacific) of Stellar said that the Stellar board unanimously selected Charters based on his track record leading Stellar’s Australian contact centre operations, as well as his strong executive and personal qualities.
