Dark Myth Production Studios Acquires Horrotica from Nocturnal Enterprises

Apple Valley, CA, March 10, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Dark Myth Production Studios today announced its purchase of the Horrotica On-line Magazine (Horrotica.com) subsidiary from Nocturnal Enterprises, LLC. The purchase of Horrotica creates a partnership with The World of Myth subsidiary (Dark Myth’s current on-line magazine) that is expected to propel the readership to new heights.

In keeping with the company's strategic alliance with Yahoo!, new Horrotica issues are anticipated to be hosted on Yahoo!’s Web host sever in the near future. Expect the possibility of a cross-subsidiary crossover issue, however it may not be until later in the year following the production of the company’s motion picture, Body Bag.

The binding agreement provides Dark Myth Production Studios with the global rights to the Horrotica subsidiary and other intellectual property rights, but not its library of previous issues.
