In addition to original designs, Creepy Uncle Tees will feature themed shirts from other top t-shirt manufacturers. “We like to believe that we are on the edge of what is funny and dark in pop culture. However, our competition would beat us to the punch on designs. Because of this we decided to take a ‘if we can’t be them, join them’ approach,” says Nihil Clothing’s Rob Walker.
The new site will not only feature new designs added weekly but also allows visitors to design their own shirts. “We kept getting request from people to make them custom, one off, shirts,” says Nihil Clothing’s head designer Dirt Von Karloff. “These ideas were good but simply not us. So we decided to create a function that will allow people to create their own shirts.”
CreepyUncleTees.com will also allow visitors to make money by submitting ideas or work as independent representatives for the brand. Retailers can also inquire about wholesale opportunities.
