Francis Cauffman Appoints Michael Bonomo as Director of Corporate Interior Design
New York, NY, May 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Francis Cauffman, the award-winning architecture firm, announces that Michael Bonomo has been appointed Director of Corporate Interior Design for the firm’s New York office. For the last 13 years, Bonomo has designed corporate spaces for large prominent clients. His award-winning work includes retail, commercial, and institutional projects with a strong focus in New York.

Bonomo’s interior design work includes the world headquarters of AOL, Bloomberg, L.P., The Vitamin Shoppe, and the global accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition, he completed a joint showroom for Kate Spade and Michael Kors. Previously, Bonomo worked at Mancini Duffy as a Studio Design Director where he directed a 30-person team on corporate projects. His exceptional designs have been featured in well-known publications including Interior Design, Contract, Visual Merchandising and Store Display and Perspective New York.
Bonomo is NCIDQ certified and a Professional Member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). Recently, his work won the 2010 Illumination Award by the Illuminating Engineering Society and the 2008 Best of Year Merit Award from Interior Design for AOL. His work at New York University also received the Education Project of the Year Award from the Greater New York Construction User Council in 2009. Bonomo has a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College in Chicago.
