Kaydon Corp. President James O’Leary Visits Purafil’s Doraville Headquarters
Kaydon Senior Management Team to Discuss Growth Initiatives
Doraville, GA, May 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- On Tuesday, May 17, members of Kaydon Corporation’s (KDN) Senior Management team visited Purafil Inc, which is one of its subsidiaries. James O’Leary, Kaydon Chairman, President and CEO; Gary Brewer, Kaydon Group Operations President; and Debra Crane, Kaydon Vice President, General Council and Secretary, attended Purafil’s Managers’ Meeting on Tuesday.
The senior members from Kaydon’s corporate offices played an integral role in the meeting as they discussed endeavors to double Purafil’s volume, developments in technology and how pertinent acquisitions will impact Purafil’s products and services. Other meeting attendees included Purafil regional sales managers from the Americas, Europa and Purafil Asia offices.
James Mash, Purafil President/CEO, explains, “We are anticipating incredible growth for Purafil over the next five years. The alliance between Purafil and our corporate owner, Kaydon Corporation, has progressed steadily since 2005. With their detailed attention to collaboration and future acquisitions, we expect to double our revenues by 2015.”

Purafil will also host its annual Representative Training on Thursday, May 19 through Friday, May 20. Thirty of Purafil’s global representatives will be on hand to attend the two-day comprehensive training. In fact, novice and advanced representatives from Chile, Canada, Russia, Mexico, Germany, Finland, China, South Africa, Portugal, Spain, Norway and Turkey will be in attendance. Their firms’ growth and success is directly related to Purafil’s strategic plan. Through continuous education and communication, Purafil strives to nurture its relationships with its expansive global network in order to continue to lead the gas-phase air filtration industry.
