CF Jordan Construction Awarded The Venue at Montecillo in El Paso

El Paso, TX, May 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- CF Jordan Construction, a leading Texas based commercial construction and construction management company will begin building The Venue at Montecillo, the first Smart-Growth Community in El Paso. The contract was awarded to CF Jordan by owner, EPT Land Communities of El Paso, Texas.

EPT Land Communities is working closely with the City of El Paso to bring the Smart-Growth concept to the El Paso area. CF Jordan’s residential and commercial building experience will assist in a successful and potentially award-winning project. The Venue will be mixed-use buildings, containing four four-story apartment buildings with 290 units and retail space on the ground floor.

The Venue at Montecillo will be 232,618 square feet and contain many upgraded energy- efficient amenities such as heating, cooling, and lighting.
