Water Solutions Inc. Buys Pipe Fittings Manufacturer

Half Moon Bay, CA, May 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- “Braco Castings’ strength in manufacturing high volumes of precision crafted pipe fittings made it an excellent addition to our corporate family,” explained Water Solutions Inc.’s President and CEO Glenn Reynolds. “It was strategically advantageous to ensure Braco’s full capacity was dedicated to our desalinators line, for which orders are outstripping fabrication capacity at present.”

Braco Casting will retain its name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Water Solutions Inc. The purchase was completed with an exchange of shares and cash to the owners of the privately held company. The principals of Braco will stay on for a minimum one year to ensure continuity in management.

Glenn Reynolds, President and CEO of Water Solutions Inc. has over 20 years of experience in the water industry. His professional experience includes: pump design, desalination, public water systems, distribution systems, water filtration plant design, industrial water treatment, ground water and wells. Additionally, Glenn is a seasoned trainer and educator. Glenn has a degree in Physics, and training in membrane systems, treatment technologies and pump design. He is Sandia RAM-W certified and chairman of the CA-NV-AWWA’s Smaller Utilities Committee. From May 2009 to Dec 2010 Glenn was on the board of directors for Alameda County Water Agency serving more than 300,000 residents.
