Ameridose Reveals Strong First Quarter Sustainability Results

Westborough, MA, May 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Ameridose, LLC, nationwide provider of sterile admixing services to hospital pharmacies, is pleased to share impressive sustainability results for the first quarter of 2011. The combined total of recycled materials generated from Ameridose facilities in the first quarter approached half a million pounds. Corrugated cardboard and empty glass medical vials were top contributing categories, totaling 150,000 lbs and 39,000 lbs respectively.

Ameridose has continued its commitment to building sustainability into business practices at both the manufacturing and corporate levels. Upon taking occupancy of a second Westborough, MA facility, Ameridose facilities management promptly installed paper and commingled recycling bins throughout all office areas. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems were also upgraded across all Ameridose facilities, and digital programming was enhanced for greater system-wide efficiency and control.
