South Nassau Communities Hospital to Honor Banking Executive at 27th Annual Golf Outing
South Nassau Communities Hospital's golf outing will be held Monday, June 6, at The Seawane Cluband Middle Bay Country Club. The event’s proceeds will support South Nassau’s Comprehensive Cancer Program.
Oceanside, NY, May 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Rockville Centre business leader and banking executive Ms. Lucy Iannucci has been named the honoree of South Nassau Communities Hospital’s 27th Annual Golf Outing to be held Monday, June 6, at The Seawane Club in Hewlett Harbor and Middle Bay Country Club in Oceanside. The event’s proceeds will support South Nassau’s Comprehensive Cancer Program.

Presently Group Director and Senior Vice President at Signature Bank, Ms. Iannucci has more than 30 years of banking-related experience. In her position, she and her team of banking professionals provide clients a single point of contact, catering to all their banking needs. Ms. Iannucci is a lifelong resident of Long Island’s South Shore and a prominent member of the Rockville Centre business community. She has been a supporter of South Nassau Communities Hospital for many years, managing the hospital’s banking relationship and serving on both the Annual Golf Outing and Carnation Ball fundraising committees for the past decade. In 2007, she served as chairperson of the Golf Outing’s Committee.
During her tenure at Signature Bank, Ms. Iannucci has been a valued financial advisor and supporter of a range of local community outreach organizations that serve those in need, including Freeport Pride, Long Beach Reach and Open Door Parent and Child Center. Ms. Iannucci is a past Board Member of the Long Island Arts Council and former Honoree and Finance Committee member of Project REAL (Residential Experience in Adult Living), a non-profit residential program that has been serving the mental health community in Nassau County for more than 20 years, offering an alternative to state institutions and psychiatric hospitals.
A new feature added to this year’s outing is a generously priced spa day option for those who do not or don’t want to play golf. The spa option will be provided by Maximus Salon and Spa on site at The Seawane Club. With locations in Merrick and Carle Place, Maximus provides treatments that blend traditional techniques with state-of-the-art spa therapies that pamper the body, soothe the spirit and renew zest for life.
Golfers who participate in the outing will compete for low gross score, low net score, nearest to the pin, longest drive, most accurate drive, and hole-in-one prizes.
