Young Clement Rivers Lawyers Named in “SC Super Lawyers 2011”

Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary check. Shawn Daughtridge Wallace practices in employment and labor law, concentrating in corporate counseling, prevention and compliance, administrative representation, and state and federal litigation.
Wallace is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court in Employment and Labor Law and is a certified mediator. She has served on the Employment and Labor Law Specialization Advisory Board of the South Carolina Supreme Court; and currently serves as Vice President and Treasurer of the Charleston Executive Women's Board. She is an experienced trial attorney and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and an Associate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Ervin is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist in employment and labor law and is a certified mediator. She is a past member of the American Law Firm Association (ALFA) Board of Directors, past chair of ALFA's Labor and Employment Practice Group, and an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
