Springfield, IL, October 02, 2005 --(PR.com)-- The State of Alabama has issued an Emergency Missing Child AMBER Alert. 

The Alabama Department of Public Safety asks for your assistance in locating Caitlin E. Fagan, white, female, age 14, height 4'11", weight 110 lbs., blond hair, blue eyes.
