JMango Ranked the Top Mobile Company in Anthill Magazine’s SMART 100 Index
Melbourne, Australia, June 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- International mobile solutions company, JMango was recently crowned Australia’s most innovative Mobile company and in 5th overall in the Anthill Magazine SMART 100 2011, Anthill’s "SMART 100" Index was developed in 2008 to identify and rank Australia’s 100 most innovative products and has since grown to be one of the largest surveys of its kind in Australia. These 100 companies are then judged by a panel of maven judges and ranked according to how remarkable the innovation is and how well these companies can potentially achieve consumer adoption and commercial success.
“We are very thrilled to be a part of the Anthill SMART 100,” says Ilan Oosting, CEO of JMango. “There are some amazing companies in this years awards, so just to be nominated is fantastic. To finish Top 5 and be judged the best mobile company is an honour and testament to all of the hard work put in by our R&D team in Melbourne,” he added.
Duc Ngo, CTO and inventor of the JMango Mobile Development Platform said: “Getting into the top-5 of Australia’s most innovative companies speaks volumes to the amount of hard work by everyone at JMango. This is only the beginning, as we have even bigger things planned for this year as we step up development on our platform.”
The JMango Mobile Development Platform allows developers to develop applications for all mobile devices, across multiple operating systems using a single base. Apps are created using a simplified descriptive scripting language or through the JMango Mobile Platform’s graphical editor. Once done, the system compiles and deploys the application to the target devices over the air (SMS, Data) or via device-specific online app stores.
