Zapkut Seeking Dealers Worldwide
Award-winning UK wall saw manufacturer Zapkut is actively seeking dealers around the world to market its innovative range of vertical panel saw solutions, including the Zapkut ZK range, the world's only true portable vertical panel saw.
Silchester, United Kingdom, June 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Award-winning UK wall saw manufacturer Zapkut is actively seeking dealers around the world to market its innovative range of vertical panel saw solutions, including the Zapkut ZK range, the world's only true portable vertical panel saw.
Managing Director Keith Bunker said, "The Zapkut range has been well received in the UK, and we’re working with dealers in Germany, France, Belgium and the United States. Now we're looking for the right companies to promote our machines in other territories around the world."
Designed to meet real needs, Zapkut products are priced very attractively, yet they are feature rich and built to exacting quality standards. The machines are targeted at a generally under-exploited market niche: smaller businesses requiring no-nonsense, hard wearing, robust panel saws at affordable prices. They are ideal for cutting timber, plastics, non-ferrous metals and composite materials.
The portable ZK range
The Zapkut ZK range is the world's only truly portable vertical panel saw, offering the benefits of a wall saw in a remarkably compact platform that can be deployed and stowed in seconds. When not in use they fold up into a compact size for easy transport and storage. The ZK range is available in two sizes, the ZK8 catering for sheets of up to 8' x 4' (2.44m x 1.22m) and the ZK10 sheets of up to 10' x 5' (3.25m x 1.625m).
ZK units are light, yet strong and rigid. Their three-legged design ensures stability on virtually any surface, indoors or out. Excellent panel support, built-in scales and a mid-way fence make for quick, easy and accurate cutting, even on small workpieces. They are compatible with a wide range of circular saws.
The moving-column ZM range
The Zapkut ZM range is among the world's most compact and competitively priced moving column vertical panel saws. There are three models in the range: the ZM12 handles sheets of up to 8' x 4' (2.5m x 1.25m) the ZM16 sheets of up to 10' x 5' (3.1m x 1.6m) and the ZM21 sheets sized up to approximately 10' x 7' (3.1m x 2.1m).
Thanks to the ZM's moving-column design, there is no need to move the workpiece once it is positioned on the machine. This makes these machines exceedingly compact in operation: they are ideal for use in smaller workshops, or even installing in the back of a van as a mobile cutting platform. The moving-column design also offers significant safety advantages and makes cutting quick and easy.
The ZM's movable material supports facilitate a much more straightforward system of dimensioning along the length of a sheet than that offered by the majority of vertical panel saws. Depth control, plunge and bevel capabilities (to 40mm and 45° respectively) and a mid-way fence further enhance the flexibility of these machines.
As well as natural and man-made timber products, the ZM is suitable for
cutting a wide range of sign making materials, including aluminium sheet, Corex, Foamex, acrylics, polycarbonates, and aluminium composite sheets such as Dibond. A single special blade, developed by Zapkut, caters for all these sign making materials, with a further blade delivering excellent cutting of ply and coated boards.
While retail prices on both ranges are extremely attractive, Zapkut's dealer pricing ensures excellent profit opportunities. Through its on-going product development programme, the company frequently brings new accessories and products to market, continually enhancing the market opportunity for dealers.
Zapkut would like to hear from companies interested in becoming dealers. Please visit www.zapkut.co.uk to find out more about the company and the saws, or get in contact by email (info@zapkut.co.uk) or telephone (+44 (0) 118 970 1950).
