Triangle Chef Provides Cooking Techniques While Preparing Simple Meals

During his weekly appearance, Chef Bane will offer seasonal recipes that allow viewers to learn new cooking techniques that they can try at home. My Carolina Today is a local, lifestyle show airing at 11 a.m. Monday through Friday on Media General’s WNCN/TV/NBC 17, immediately following The Today Show.
