A Satisfying Set of Results for Ibstock Brick
Ibstock Brick has conducted its 11th Customer Satisfaction Survey to provide a benchmark for improving the experience its customers receive. The survey revealed satisfying results, notably in the company’s overall performance, technical service and design advice.
Ibstock, United Kingdom, June 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- As part of an ongoing programme of continuous improvement and development, the UK’s largest brickmaker, Ibstock Brick (www.ibstock.com), has conducted its 11th bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Andrew Halstead-Smith, marketing manager at Ibstock, commented: “Our Customer Satisfaction Survey is designed to provide a benchmark for improving the experience our customers receive, enabling us to identify and highlight any areas for improvement in our customer support service.
“After speaking to nearly 450 customers we found that over two thirds were either very satisfied (52%) or entirely satisfied (16%) with the overall performance of Ibstock – this is a fantastic achievement and a true testament to our dedicated team of experts which provide outstanding technical service and design advice each and every day.”
Interestingly, the survey revealed that Ibstock rated highly on factors such as technical and product knowledge (8.3 out of 10), appearance and politeness of sales team (8.4 out of 10), and willingness to go the "extra mile" (8 out of 10).
In addition, the survey highlighted that architects were currently the most satisfied with Ibstock’s overall performance. 86% said that they were either "very satisfied" or "entirely satisfied," demonstrating the company’s commitment to supporting the sector via its dedicated sales team, design advisors and extensive CAD department.
The survey has been specifically devised by the leading brickmaker to measure opinion of Ibstock sales offices, field sales, marketing support, distribution and design advice, as well as how it compares with other brick manufacturers.
