Accel Networks Names Jonathan Forest as New Vice President of Business Development

Accel Networks, LLC announced today that Jonathan Forest has been named the new Vice President of Business Development.

St. Petersburg, FL, June 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Accel Networks, LLC (“Accel”) announced today that Jonathan Forest has been named the new Vice President of Business Development.

Forest brings more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunication industry spanning a variety of technologies and platforms. Forest will be tasked with overseeing both account management as well as Accel’s award-winning channel sales programs. “Jonathan’s technical depth combined with customer facing experience makes him well qualified to deepen and expand our customer and channel relationships,” said Mark Gianinni, CEO of Accel.

During his career Forest has served in a variety of senior roles with several well-known telecommunication companies such as MCI, ARBROS Communications, and Hughes Network Systems, giving him a diverse and extensive knowledge of both wireline and wireless based communication systems. Most recently, he served as Executive Director, Planning and Execution for the College Board where he managed a team of 15 people tasked with improving service offerings, reducing cost, and migrating to online services. Forest holds a B.S. in mathematics and history from the University of Wisconsin –Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland – College Park.
