Insurial Plans to Hire 200 Globally
New York, NY, June 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Insurial, a New York company focused on commerce facilitation services globally, said it is looking to hire more than 200 employees at its offices in the UAE, China, Pakistan and India over the next 6 to 8 months.
The new openings are focused on sales and client accounts management, an Insurial spokeswoman said.
"Each account's full trade-cycle requires negotiations, vendor due diligence, product import/export strategy, execution and end-sale, and therefore, we decided to allocate a dedicated specialist to each client account," said Rahim Ramzan Kanani, research coordinator at Insurial's Dubai, United Arab Emirates based parent.
"Insurial has a perfect global commerce routing structure, and we must continue to hire a large number to get close to $150 million revenue targets we have set for the end of 2012," Kanani further added.
Insurial averages net earnings of over 10% on revenue, and the company expects to have over $20 million in profits by the end of 2012. Such figures will be sufficient to trigger an IPO, as witnessed in the cases of recent tech and non-tech offerings in the U.S., and may give Insurial a valuation of over $3 billion.
