ListedGreen.com: A New MLS for Green, Energy Efficient, Sustainable Real Estate and Developments
Henderson, NV, March 20, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The very best reason why  Listed Green has gone beyond the traditional MLS, was to create a platform for Sellers and Buyers - to bring together like-minded people that want to sell/purchase energy saving, healthy and sustainable properties and receive the exposure that they deserve.

Initially, since most searchs for real estate require the Buyers to "register", ListedGreen's website stands out from the rest, allowing the Buyer to search freely and without personal information possibly being sold to third parties.

Sellers and developers of energy saving, sustainable properties and projects can list for a very low fee. Currently, the MLS (multiple listing services) do NOT offer a way to "catagorize" and "elevate" the correct values of green, sustainable, energy saving design. Listed Green is currently creating alliances with appaisers and lenders to assist in elevating these values to the level they should recieve.

Listed Green is also linked to many important "green" organizations, along with being members of Eco-America and the USGBC (United States Green Building Council). They share in the common vision of sustainability.

As awareness increases in the global enviromental scene, there will be more and more energy saving and sustainable projects appearing on the horizon.

ListedGreen.com will be the premier website to list and "be seen" when Realtors and Developers decide to present their energy efficient, healthy and sustainable homes or projects.
