(Don) Lichterman’s route in America, explores his visit to an Indian Reservation, to the largest music festival, on a rock bands final tour, while travelling all over the United States. The adventure is helped along by him losing his cell phone, his wallet, all of his money, and he broke his pda while managing to somehow receive cash from a Western Union, get his tickets replaced for any shows, rented a car and got on an airplane without any identification. “This is not just a story about what I did for that three weeks span of time,” the author, Don Lichterman says about his newly published book, “this is a very political book.”
