NAAPOC Continues to Build a Strong Orange County Arab American Business Community
Anaheim, CA, June 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Network of Arab American Professionals of Orange County (NAAPOC) held its monthly board meeting on June 1st, 2011. Among other business, the board added to its ranks new board members Dr. Ghazi Idris, DC, and Basil Istitieh with Zara Image. The addition of Idris and Istitieh is in furtherance of NAAPOC's goal to continue to develop its governing board.
The May 26, 2011 business mixer was a great success-thanks to the attendance of various professionals including engineers, doctors, accountants, bankers, attorneys, business owners and many more. Many attendees were fresh faces. The Board welcomed the new attendees and encouraged them to continue to attend in the future to help fulfill NAAPOC's President Mike Abdeen's promise to make 2011 an exceptional year of empowerment for Orange County's Arab American Business Community.
Through growing and diversifying the membership of the Network, NAAPOC is able to reach out and provide assistance to new and existing members and advance our community. NAAPOC affords professionals the opportunity to deliver a 15 minute business presentation at the monthly business mixers to introduce one's products or services to other NAAPOC members.
The next NAAPOC business mixer will be held on June 30th, 2011, 6:30pm at the Caspian Restaurant in Irvine, CA and is expected to have a substantially large turn-out. As the summer season begins, more professionals are looking to both increase and diversify their clients' base, and NAAPOC is the perfect organization to help do so. NAAPOC provides businesses with opportunities for growth to strengthen the Arab American community in Orange County, CA.
