Abbie Rhode's Psychedelic Spectacle is presenting a Steampunk-themed burlesque and variety show in July. The Spectacle is a high-energy, high-talent troupe that delivers fun, sexy and funny entertainment in the heart of St. Paul.
Saint Paul, MN, June 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Abbie Rhode's Psychedelic Spectacle presents: Gears & Garters, the 2nd annual Steampunk tribute. The Steampunk subculture entails Victorian fashion & mechanics combined with a steam-powered alternate future. This July the Spectacle brings the genre to life with a parade of performances dedicated to corsets, bustles, gears, gadgetry and coal-powered energy.
Established in February of 2010, the Spectacle performs once a month at Station 4 in St. Paul. With a core cast that encompasses burlesque dancers, belly dancers, drag queens, puppeteers, musicians and comedians; they are the self-named "Laugh In" of the burlesque community. Also, with several talented guest performers, the Spectacle's shows contain a wide variety of sexy burlesque and entertainment.
The Spectacle delivers enchanting entertainment for Twin Citians who want a great night out.
Abbie Rhode's Psychedelic Spectacle's performs the 2nd Friday of every month. The doors open at 8:00pm and the show starts at 9:00pm in Station 4; 201 East 4th Street, Lowertown St. Paul, MN.
