Change expert, Seth Kahan, recently led a discussion with human resources professionals on the contributions of HR to strategic leadership in Washington, DC, sharing strategies and tactics to succeed in today’s marketplace.

Kahan, a change leadership expert, bestselling author, and highly regarded speaker, led a discussion with executives from over 15 Washington, DC, organizations. Also present were Mary Power, executive director of the HR Certification Institute, Lesley Sorg Ramsay, principal of The McCormick Group, and Bennie Johnson, director of Global Marketing for HR Certification Institute.
The one-hour session summarized results of recent interviews with HR Senior Vice Presidents of well known local organizations and a webinar which was conducted with HR professionals who hold HR certification among Fast Company’s Top 50 Most Innovative Companies.
