Fort Myers Attorney Robert Shearman Elected to Henderson Franklin's Executive Committee
Southwest Florida Trial Attorney Robert Shearman begins three-year term serving on Henderson Franklin's Executive Committee.

Shearman joined the firm in 1989, is Florida Bar Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Shearman represents numerous municipal, public and private entities in the defense of tort, civil rights, employment and real estate matters. He provides preventative harassment and discrimination training for employers, frequently lectures on employment law, real estate and tort litigation, and has been published in employment law journals. Shearman is active in the Southwest Florida community and currently serves on the United Way Allocation Committee and coaches youth sports. He is a former trustee of the Calusa Nature Center and past president of the Southwest Florida Seminole Booster Club. Shearman received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from Florida State University.
