Raleigh, NC, June 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- David Finch, president and CEO of ATCOM Business Technology Solutions (http://www.atcombts.com), a communications solutions provider, has announced that John Cameron has joined the firm as technology specialist, a role in which he will manage information technology (IT) business development, IT sales and presales and vendor solution evaluation, as well as communicate with customers and prospects, provide guidance and direction to engineering resources, evaluate manufacturer solutions and strengthen relationships with current vendors. Cameron earned his Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., with a concentration in industrial technology after attending the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power School and Nuclear Prototype Training School, where he studied physics, thermodynamics, and radiological controls. Prior to his position at ATCOM, Cameron served as the supervisor for the engine room aboard the USS Flying Fish SNN-673 with the U.S. Navy; was the director of technical support at the National Association of Home Builders/SMARTHOUSE, Inc.; worked in web development and content management development for BB&T; and was responsible for database management at IBM Global Production Services.
