IFMA Phoenix Announces Winners of 2011 Awards of Excellence
The Greater Phoenix Chapter of IFMA announces the winners of the 8th Annual Awards of Excellence, which recognize groups and individuals who have made significant contributions to the facility management profession and the association.
Tempe, AZ, June 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Greater Phoenix Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) is pleased to announce the winners of the 8th Annual Awards of Excellence, which recognize groups and individuals who have made significant contributions to the facility management profession and the association.
IFMA is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 19,500 members in 78 countries. The Greater Phoenix Chapter of IFMA, one of the top association chapters in the world, is dedicated to continuous improvement of the facility management profession by providing relevant educational and networking opportunities for their membership while supporting the community as a whole.
Held at the Wyndham in Phoenix, AZ, on June 16, 2011, the 8th Annual Awards of Excellence recognized ten of its members with distinguished awards. They included the following:
President’s Choice Awards
President’s Award: Chad Ridenour, LEED AP, Turn It On Electric, and Stephanie Fanger, FMP, LEED AP, General Dynamics
The President’s Award is given to a chapter member(s) for his or her leadership and example to our industry as a whole.
Special Recognition: Helen Hall, FMP, ON Semiconductor, and Tom Cruz, Office Space Solutions
This award recognizes those members whose service goes above and beyond expectations, and makes a substantial impact on the membership and success of the organization.
Member Choice Awards
These prestigious awards are voted on by their industry peers, recognizing those members who have made a substantial impact on the success of the Greater Phoenix Chapter of IFMA and the facility management profession.
