Status Solutions announces strategic partnership with ICON Voice Networks.
Charlottesville, VA, June 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Status Solutions, provider of the Situational Awareness and Response Assistant (SARA), announces a strategic partnership with ICON Voice Networks, a leading designer, developer and distributor of voice networking and integrated office solutions and products.
Status Solutions and ICON Voice Networks have recently entered into a partnership, initiating integration efforts between both organizations’ development teams. The first phase of the integration includes the ability to use SIP to deliver real-time audio messages from the SARA alert engine to ICON Voice Networks SIP-enabled end-points, such as Iwatsu telephones, mobile devices, cell phones, land lines, etc. The integration allows users to leverage the Iwatsu telephony platform not only for person-to-person communication, but also for various alarming events related to life safety, security and environmental monitoring and awareness. SARA’s broadcast messaging functionality can also be leveraged through the Iwatsu communication platform.
