Mybidliveonline changes its auction format from general to farm auction.
Grantsville, WV, March 21, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Mybidliveonline.com announced March 20 that mybidliveonline was changing its format. The past year it has been a general auction free to list with additional websites connected for classifieds, forum, MySearch and my date. Mybidliveonline.com has now gone “Country” with livestock and other agriculture items for sale and auction.
Edward Keen Jr, president of mybidliveonline, headquartered in Grantsville, WV stated, “It was a vision in the beginning to create a fun and safe web site that people could come together to buy and sale.” With e-bay going up in the past few years on their charges for auction sales “we felt there needed to be a simple and low cost auction for people who wanted to keep their Internet costs down.”
What has happened, Mr. Keen stated, was very low activity, “We had to redo our thinking.” The Keens left their jobs in Florida and moved to West Virginia to be Foster parents. Having raised seven of their own and the ninth grand child on the way this seemed natural. Foster childcare is greatly needed in this part of the WV area. With the poverty level high, jobs scarce this puts a lot of strain on the home life.
Mr. Keen stated, “We are that safe harbor for abused children, where they are loved and cared for as they work through whatever has come against them.” Mr. Keen further went on to say that “Mybidliveonline.com we hope will generate the revenue to expand foster care in our surrounding area.” The Keens want to enlarge and be able to have more bed space for foster children.
Being in a surrounding six state agriculture area mybidliveonline will bring farmer, rancher and that “want-a-be farmer” and give them a forum to buy and sell their goods. The classifieds will still be there for the general public to use also for listing, selling and job posting.
