About 25 lawyers from the Asia Pacific Region, and the UK, France, Germany and the USA attended this meeting. During the roundtable discussion, Sandy updated the attendees on the firm's regular practice group meetings, and proposed that the firm would like to share articles which answer common questions that foreign investors have, an effective way to get information disseminated. Ms. Lin commented, "The meeting was successful and inspiring. In particular, it was a valuable first-hand experience to have a brief glimpse of people’s lives in India during and after the meeting, and speak to Indian lawyers about the legal practice in India. It was interesting to note that many attendees tended to make comparisons between India and China, and ask question about whether India would surpass China quickly in terms of economic development, with different people seeming to have varying opinions.”
