Glendale’s Arrowhead Grill Unveils New Summer Bar Menu
West Valley Restaurant Offers New Dishes, New Wines and “Cool Summer Combos”
Glendale, AZ, June 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Arrowhead Grill has revamped its bar menu this summer, adding more dishes and more than 75 wines hand selected by Chef Charles Schwerd.
The Glendale restaurant is enticing an already healthy bar crowd to kick back, and enjoy food prepared by one of the Valley's best known chefs while sipping on an Arrowhead Grill cocktail and watching their favorite sport.
"Our casual dining area is much more than a bar, it's a nightly gathering place for West Valley residents who enjoy good food, great drinks and a host of sports events," Schwerd said. "Now, it's even more diverse with the introduction of our new menu items."
New items like steak sashimi and wasabi mashed potatoes, pretzel fondue, shepherd's pie, prime rib sandwich and the always popular bacon wrapped filet are all reasonably priced with happy hour specials every weekday from 3 to 6 p.m.
A new appetizer tower allows patrons a unique way to choose any three appetizers from the menu and have them delivered on one of Arrowhead Grill's tiered towers.
And happy hour also brings a host of drink specials, including half off wine by the glass, $3 domestic beers, AG classic cocktails (like the Aperol Cream Soda) and specialty martinis (Bond martini, anyone?) into the mix.
Import and craft beers like Stella Artois, Kiltlifter, Fat Tire and 8th Street Ale are also available as are terrific vintages from wineries such as Cakebread Cellars, MontGras, Sequoia Grove, Santa Margherita and many more.
"We've taken our time, hand selecting the wines we feel best complement our Arrowhead Grill food," manager Eric Stoffers said. "We feel we've put together a menu and a wine list that far surpasses what you'll find elsewhere."
