Chef Ainer Dazzles at the 5th Manila Food and Beverage Expo (MAFBEX) 2011
The Sous Chef of the Barramundi Grill Hotel Restaurant of the Oasis Park Hotel Manila, Chef Ainer presented his culinary skills at the WORLDBEX Services International, the Manila Food and Beverages Expo 2011 (MAFBEX).
Manila, Philippines, June 30, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Cooking and great food was the main attraction in one of the biggest food exhibition of the year where in the brilliant Chef Robert Rainer “Ainer” Ebue was a guest presenter. Organized by WORLDBEX Services International, the Manila Food and Beverages Expo 2011 (MAFBEX) was held on June 15-19, 2011 at the World Trade Center.
Chef Ainer was one of the six chefs that was invited to conduct a cooking demonstration for the audience. The 23 year old Sous Chef of The Oasis Park Hotel in Manila for the Barramundi Grill Restaurant, Chef Ainer is also a member of the Hotel and Restaurant Chefs Association of the Philippines (HRCAP). He has received mentorship from Chef Roberto “Bert” Francisco, the President and Chairman of the Center for Advanced Training in Food and Services, Inc.
“I must admit it was a breath-taking experience. Being a first timer, yes! I was definitely nervous. I would always tell myself ‘Ainer, basic. Basic. Make it simple but interesting!’” says Chef Ainer. He was featured during the “Chefs of the World” event on June 18, 2011 where he prepared a signature dish of Mille-Feuille of panko Crusted Barramundi Fillet with Mango-Pepper salsa and Papadom Chips.
“The most important thing in cooking is making it with love,” says Chef Ainer.
Chef Ainer can be seen cooking up international gastronomic specialties everyday at the Oasis Park Hotel in Manila.
