Chapel Hill, NC, March 22, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Roger Bernholz, sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Chapel Hill office, has announced that Heather Derr, Randall Blanco and Daniela Giurgiu have joined the firm’s Chapel Hill’s real estate division as a sales agent. Derr has previous experience in home renovations as well as real estate. She currently resides in Chapel Hill with her two children. Blanco, a graduate of Loyola College was previously employed with IBM and Ericsson. He currently resides in Chapel Hill. Giurgiu earned her degree in International Tourism and has several years experience as a resident manager for both conventional and tax credit properties. She currently resides in Carrboro.
