The building is being named Southwest General Middleburg Medical Center. This Class A building was the victim of the recent recession and was never occupied after its recent completion. Woodside Health’s new building provides Southwest General Hospital with the space it needs to support its growth. The hospital’s staff will occupy one of the three floors and Woodside Health is in active conversations with other potential tenants.
