Kerry Bennett Named General Manager of Louisiana’s Cypress Bend Resort

Many, LA, July 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Kerry Bennett has been promoted to General Manager of Louisiana’s Cypress Bend Resort. He previously served as Assistant General Manager of the 600-acre property located 73 miles south of Shreveport.

Bennett joined Cypress Bend in 2009 as Director of Resource Development where he designed and built a six-mile mountain bike and hiking trail. He later organized a variety of events showcasing the new amenity, including the first-ever Louisiana XC State Championship and a Fast Lap Challenge attracting mountain biking enthusiasts throughout the region.

Prior to joining Cypress Bend, Bennett served as Business Director at Kohala Mountain Adventures in Hawaii where he created, coordinated and supervised all activities on the 11,000-acre travel-destination property.
