Ebusiness BPO, Inc. - Making New Milestones Post-Expansion
New large-scale accounts closed within six months; further expansion is underway for Cebu's fast growing BPO company.
Cebu City, Philippines, July 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Six months from the day of expansion, Ebusiness BPO has already filled 80% of its 350-seater site. In fact, due to the influx of incoming accounts, there are already plans to add another center within the same building and in nearby regions.
Late in April, President Scott E. Johnson and Director of Operations Almira S. Absin forged ties with one of Australia’s biggest telecom providers.[1] Representatives from Australia and from their outsourcing partner in India were in attendance. The contract was personally given to President Johnson and Director Absin, who were excited with the prospect of partnering with the telecom giant. It was then agreed that Ebusiness BPO, Inc. would provide telemarketing and customer service solutions to the telecom giant after a trial period. The training commenced in the middle of May with the two dozen agents. Training modules were segregated into three parts: part one consists of language and speech training, part two is comprehensive product training, while part three involves live call simulations. Early in June, the Australian telecom company sent one of their trusted trainers from India, who exposed the agents further to the telecom’s products and services. He also provided a brief background on Australia during the last few phases of training and currently serves as the acting supervisor on the production floor. There has been good feedback with regard to sales volume, prompting the telecom giant to request for additional agents to sustain the momentum. In a few months from now, since the trial period is almost over, more than a hundred agents are expected to fill out half of the stations during the day.
Though the telemarketing of wireless internet bundles and standalone components has already been set into motion, Ebusiness BPO, Inc. continues to move forward. On the last week of May, an international consultation firm for employee benefits visited their operations site straight from Manila.[2] After three hours of discussion on the conference room, the client went back to Manila. The deal was sealed within twenty-four hours. Since the client requested for the best agents, top sellers from other existing campaigns were transferred to this account, which began around the second week of June and right after our telecom account was established. Like our telecom account, the client firm has also requested for additional agents to maintain the high sales input.
Another breakthrough service that Ebusiness BPO has attached to its resume is general transcription. The provision of transcription services had its beginnings at the start of April, when a local transcription firm outsourced some of its transcripts to us. Soon, even their independent partners have begun to send audio-video files for transcription. Business coaching firms, proprietors of convenience stores, and self-made businessmen have all been added to their list of clients. So far, the Ebusiness BPO, Inc. transcription team has already transcribed files from the local state of Vermont, proceedings from the state of Ohio, personal interviews, conferences, video advertisements, weblogs, and many other AV files. The AV files transcribed were as short as two minutes and as lengthy as two hours. Ebusiness BPO makes sure that all transcripts can be turned over within twenty-four hours. What is left to do now is to hire more transcriptionists who can handle the overwhelming number of transcription files.
Three milestones within six months of expansion – a feat not many firms in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry were able to accomplish. This is proof Ebusiness BPO has truly lived up to its reputation as one of Cebu’s fast growing outsourcing companies. Everyone, regardless of location, capacity or business model, can outsource with us. Their company offers low overhead costs and great return of investments. They continue to reinvent themselves in order to provide a wide spectrum of services, suitable to the needs of individuals and businesses from all walks of life. It is in this line of thinking that they call themselves “Ebusiness BPO, Inc. – The Provider of Global Business Solutions.”
