Lone Star Mercedes-Benz Utilizes Social Media to Gain Online Awareness and Community Presence
Calgary, Canada, July 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Today, Arnold Smith, General Manager of Calgary’s Lone Star Mercedes-Benz dealership announced that Lone Star Mercedes will be utilizing several social media platforms. The company can now be found on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
“Our customers want convenience, and we feel that social media allows them to communicate directly and instantly with us,” explains Smith. “Engaging in online conversation with customers and future customers allows us to better understand where they are coming from and what they are looking for.” Lone Star will be using Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to communicate new products, current promotions, new images, and information on Mercedes-Benz.
