Free Continuing Education Course Held at Westbrook in Forsyth County by O’Dwyer Homes

Murphy School of Real Estate developed a seminar due to an overwhelming request from agents for answers on why appraisals are coming in so low. They learned the true definition of gross living area, what qualifies as a bedroom and a bathroom, how to find and adjust comparables and how to determine value and much more.
