Altium Group LLC Joint Venture with Lloyds of London

Holmdel, NJ, July 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Altium Group LLC and Lloyds of London is pleased to announce the creation of a unique insurance product to mitigate risk in the structured settlement secondary market. Marketed as Confidential Indemnity Insurance (CII) and distributed exclusively in the United States by Altim Group LLC, this new product protects the investor of a life contingent structured settlement in the event of a contestable death of the original annuitant (seller) occurring within two years of the initial purchase of such settlement.

Altium Group's CEO, William Coluccio, stated that "There exists a specific type of risk exposure that purchasers of life contingent structured settlements confront in the secondary market.
