ISO 9000 is a family of standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS) that are governed by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization. ISO 9001:2008 covers research, design, building, shipping and installing products and solutions. Some of the requirements in WINS’ ISO 9001:2008 processes include:
· A streamlined and repeatable process across all departments
· Processes that are continuously monitored and evaluated for their effectiveness
· Adequate records and documents control
· Checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action, where necessary
· Monitoring processes to ensure they are effective
