Brian Borgman, owner of www.usvd.net and Relationship Manager for U.S. Voice & Data has recently added the submission of online service tickets on his website for his clients.

“When I originally developed the website, I wanted to make sure it added value to my clients”, says Borgman. “From the early stages of my planning, I knew I wanted to include online service ticket submission.”
Borgman states that he gets several hits per week to the online service ticket page. He hopes in the future to add the capability for users to track their service orders, but for now he feels this is a good start to getting clients use to submitting service tickets online.
