Tim was born in the UK and grew up in the idyllic Cotswolds region where he received his first taste of the hotel industry.
He graduated from the University of Wales with a BSc (Hons) degree and spent his early years climbing the career ladder working in large hotels in London with several leading chains.
He moved to Australia in the 1990’s and continued to progress spending more than 13 years as a General Manager.
In over 30 years in Hospitality he has gained a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the industry including openings, restructures, property development and operation of quality hotels.
With his move into Executive Recruitment his extensive knowledge and experience provided the ideal platform to consult with clients and candidates and have become a key factor in his ability to provide the exceptional service and results for which he is known.
A dedicated father of two he is a keen Sports fan and sometime coach to his football playing son when not working.
