Cushman & Wakefield has announced the relocation of Leason Ellis LLP, an intellectual property law firm, to One Barker Avenue in White Plains, New York.
White Plains, NY, July 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Cushman & Wakefield has announced the relocation of Leason Ellis LLP, an intellectual property law firm, to One Barker Avenue in White Plains, New York. Expanding to over 13,000 square feet at its new location, the law firm is also offering a portion of its former space at 81 Main Street in White Plains for sublease.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Gregory V. Frisoli, senior director, Lawrence A. Ruggieri, director, and Christopher B. O’Callaghan, senior director represented the tenant in the transaction negotiations. Jeffrey M. Warner, vice president of leasing, and Carol A. McGuire, senior director of leasing, represented the landlord, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.
